Motivational Listening is a defined process based on the science of relationships. Although the skills of Active Listening are used, Motivational Listening is intended to build rapport quickly with a person you have never met.
In Motivational Listening, the Speaker will exit the conversation feeling better about themselves than when they entered. You will help the Speaker re-discover how remarkable they are and how much they have to offer.
